Thomas Bacon

Founder, Executive Producer

In 2007, Thomas Bacon founded Purple Truck Media to explore the exciting possibilities of original video content for emerging media. "Acts of Love & Sex" is the flagship project of Purple Truck. Thomas has gathered more than 10 years of experience in commercial film, photography, and music production, having worked with 3Com, Sun Microsystems, Adidas, McDonalds, Fidelity, and the Merck Corporation. He also brings a strong background in the interactive space as an online media consultant since 2004. A world-traveler and impassioned entrepreneur, Thomas is a graduate of Hamilton College and currently lives with his wife and kids in Burlington, Vermont.

Damon Campolo

Corporate Development

Damon has a diverse background that includes strong experience in brand marketing, online marketing and community development, and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Purple Truck Media in 2007, Damon worked as a business development consultant for several early-stage companies looking to build out their online content, community, and revenue strategies. Before becoming an independent consultant, Damon led the business development initiatives for PeoplePC (subsidiary of EarthLink, Inc.). Damon began his career at Frankel (now Arc Worldwide), and led their Strategic Partnership Group to support and extend the brand value of their clients’ sponsorship of film and television entertainment properties. A graduate of the University of Iowa, Damon lives in San Francisco, California.
